All Cancellations or Rescheduled requests require 48 hours notice or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

I reserve the right to Cancel or Amend bookings should there be an error with your booking.

Please arrive promptly to appointments , arriving late may result in your treatment being cut short

 

Please note - if cancellation is less than 48hrs notice then your deposit is non transferable and non refundable. 

 

For cancellations within 48 hours, the remaining amount of the appointment amount will be due and if not paid the card held on file will be charged to take any remaining balance.

 

*There are no toilet facilities available due to it being inside my home .
